SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, medicine and pharmacy and refers to agents and compositions based on extracts of therapeutic mud and phytocomplexes, and can be used in allergology, pediatrics, dermatology for the treatment of atopic dermatitis. Main objective of the invention is the clinical and laboratory efficacy of the claimed composition in the treatment of blood pressure in combination with optimal technological properties. In addition, the claimed invention is directed to the expansion of the arsenal of complex phytopeloids in a convenient form for the treatment of blood pressure. Problem is solved by the fact that, according to the invention, the agent for treating blood pressure includes, as an extract of therapeutic mud, a liquid extract of sulphide-ooze mud “Tinakskaya” as a phytoextract – dry extract of Ginkgo biloba, and as the basic components – cottonseed oil, emulsion wax, cetyl alcohol, stearic acid, lecithin, as well as preservative nipagin, distilled water, and is made in the form of a cream, where the liquid extract of mud “Tinakskaya” 5.0–10.0; Ginkgo biloba dry extract 1.0–5.0; cottonseed oil 10.0–20.0; wax emulsion 3.0–5.0; stearic acid 2.0–5.0; cetyl alcohol 1.0–4.0; lecithin 0.5–1.0; nipagin 0.1–0.5; distilled water – the rest.

EFFECT: improvement of technological and biopharmaceutical properties of pharmaceutical composition, including homogeneity, alkali mass fraction (not more than 1 %), hydrogen index (within 5–9), conventional viscosity, colloid and thermal stability, shelf life.
