FIELD: concentration of minerals; processing ore materials of wide range of sizes which contain non-ferrous, ferrous, noble and rare-earth metals and non-metallic components.
SUBSTANCE: proposed floatation machine has housing made in form of upper widened part and lower feed part and two unloading units, air disperser and foam receiver. Upper part of chamber is provided with guides mounted at different levels. Guides of first level are mounted at angle relative to diametral horizontal plane of feed unit which is necessary for change of hydrodynamics of pulp-and-air mixture. Guides of second level are mounted above guides of first level at angle to plane of axial diametral section of column, thus ensuring dispersion of ascending jet of pulp-and-air mixture and sharply decreasing the centrifugal force.
EFFECT: increased extraction of useful component, its coarse particles and aggregations larger than 0.2 mm.
