SUBSTANCE: machine includes cylindrical housing having enlarged upper part and lower part; feeding, aerating and discharging attachments in the form of ejectors; froth collector. Diameter of enlarged part of housing is determined from given expression where D - diameter of upper enlarged part of cylindrical housing, m; k1 - empiric coefficient for determining diameter of upper enlarged part of cylindrical housing selected in range 1 - 1.4; h1 = ( k2 x h2) - height of upper enlarged part of cylindrical housing, m; k2 - empiric coefficient for determining diameter of upper enlarged part of cylindrical housing, selected in range 0.2 - 1.0;h2 -height of lower part of cylindrical housing, m; d -diameter of lower part of cylindrical housing, m, depending upon target efficiency of machine by initial product according to relation d2 = k3 x Q; Q - target efficiency of machine by initial product, t/h; k3 - empiric coefficient for determining diameter of lower part of cylindrical housing, selected in range 0.015 -0.03. Froth collector is in the form of double-slope chute and it has branch pipes arranged mutually opposite and used for removing froth product.
EFFECT: improved efficiency by froth product due to increased area of upper enlarged part of cylindrical housing, lowered material consumption for making machine due to its optimal size.
