FIELD: aviation industry; shipbuilding; motor industry and mechanical engineering; production of polymers used for repairs of the industries items damaged paint and varnish coatings.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of production of a polymeric material used for repairs of aviation industry, shipbuilding, motor industry and mechanical engineering items damaged paint and varnish coatings. The material includes a polymeric film, on the internal surface of which there is an adhesive layer representing a glue with constant stickiness and shearing strength of no less than 2.0 kg / cm2 made on the base of the styrene-bearing elastomers with the mass share of styrene of 12-20 % and the molecular weight of 110-180 thousand, and an antiadhesive layer in the form of a protective paper or a film. And on the external surface of the polymeric film there is a multi-layer paint and varnish coating made on epoxy, acrylic, fluoroplastic or organofluoric base. The polymeric film is made out of the polymer chosen from a group including polysulphone, polyurethane, polyvinylchloride or organofluoric polymer. The ratio of layers of the paint and varnish coating, the polymeric film and then adhesive layer makes (0.5-1) : 1 : (0.5-1). The material is resistant against action of severe conditions of the dust erosion and aerodynamic and hydrodynamical streams at the takeoff and landing speed of passenger and transport airplanes, resistant to a cyclic action of variable temperatures (-60-80) °С, weatherproof and may be used for repair of the damaged surfaces of airframes of airplanes. The offered material enables to carry out quickly a repair of a paint and varnish coating in the field using a pollution-free and energy-saving technology, to lower at least by 50 % the labor input for the repair and to reduce time for repair in dozens of times.
EFFECT: the invention allows to conduct quick repairs of items paint and varnish coatings in the field using a pollution-free and energy-saving technology and sharply decrease repairs labor input and duration.
