FIELD: transport engineering; materials handling machinery.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed for checking position of running wheels of lifting-and-transportation vehicle. Proposed devices has measuring rod with measuring instrument and unit for connection to wheel to be checked connected with measuring rod. Unit of connection is made in form of flange with projection in center, being coupled with measuring rod through intermediate unit. Intermediate unit includes trunnion connected with projection of flange for turning with fitted on housing with ram and plumb line secured on one axle, and additional housing installed for fixing on measuring rod through which said ram is passed for fixing. Ram is installed for angular adjustment and fixing relative to housing installed on trunnion. Said trunnion is in contact with end face surface of fastening unit flange through spherical ends of adjustable threaded members.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurements.
