FIELD: corrosion protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection of metals against corrosion in hydrogen sulfide- and oxygen-containing aqueous media. Method comprises interaction of petroleum product, in particular C13-C18-paraffins or C20-C26-α-olefins, or petrolatum, with nitric acid and air by heating petroleum product to 110-150оС and subsequent addition of nitric acid with air in bubbling mode. Corrosion inhibitor contains 5-20% of product of interaction of fatty amine, ethylene oxide, and phosphorus-containing compound or its mixture with oxyethylated amine; 5-20% of nonionic surfactant; 5-50% of interaction product of present invention; and solvent (the rest).
EFFECT: expanded resource of raw materials.
