FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method involves germinating potato tubers by exposing to light for 20-25 days at constant temperature of 12-140C; upon completing of germination process, applying onto tuber surface layer of finely-dispersed natural bischofite mineral solution at density of 1.20-1.35 t/m3. Before applying of said solution, it is heated to temperature of 80-950C. Solution is dispersed under pressure of 0.08-0.12 MPa. Bischofite mineral solution is sprayed by means of nozzles providing drop size of 200-600 microns. Method allows potato yield to be increased by 8-17% and ripening time to be increased by 5-7 days.
EFFECT: increased efficiency, yield and ripening time.
