FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves reducing blood plasma level of parathyroid hormone, insulin-like growth factor-1, 1,25(OH)2D3, alkaline phosphatase, calcium, thyroid-stimulating hormone, T4, adrenocorticotropic hormone, hydrocortisone, increasing blood plasma level of calcitonin and phosphate. Pulsating secretion mode of thyroid-stimulating hormone, T4, adrenocorticotropic hormone and hydrocortisone is recovered by individual selection of testosterone preparation dose providing normalized level of lutropin, general testosterone, free testosterone, globulin binding sex hormones, free androgen index, 5α-dihydrotestosterone, 17β-estradiol, recovery of pulsating lutropin and general testosterone secretion.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in acting upon pathogenic aspects of osteoporosis prophylaxis.
