SUBSTANCE: one should apply apparatus of external fixation, cross tibia under tuberosity, moreover, cutaneous incision should be performed in longitudinal direction along anterior surface of proximal metaphysical department, then one should carry out correction of shin's axis in frontal plane, moreover, rotation axis of apparatus of external fixation should be placed being 3-5 cm below proximal tibio-fibular articulation, moreover, degree of axis' shift downwards is directly proportional to that of shin's varus deformation and planned segment's lengthening that increases cosmetic effect along with simultaneous shin's lengthening.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of cosmetic correction.
