FIELD: chemical industry; construction engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has chamber 1 made in form of truncated cone with flat bottom. Chamber 1 is secured on frame 2 and is suspended from load-bearing bed frame 4 by means of flexible suspensions 3. Height of chamber 1 is equal to 0.5-0.8 of diameter of upper base which is just cover 5 which is located coaxially on loading funnel 6. Diameter of pipe 7 is equal to 0.1-0.25 of diameter of cover 5. Pipe 7 is brought to chamber 1 to depth of 0.8-0.95 of its height. Lateral surface of chamber 1 is provided with discharge hole 8 at level of 0.8-0.9 of its height above bottom. Lower base is bottom of chamber 1; its diameter is equal to 0.4-0.6 of diameter of cover 5. Suspended from frame 2 are vibration exciters 9 provided with unbalanced masses 10; axes of rotation of unbalanced masses 10 may change angle of orientation to vertical plane passing through axis of chamber 1 from 0 to 30 deg. Unbalanced masses 10 are connected with electric motors 12 by means of flexible couplings 11. Secured on inner lateral surface of chamber 1 are metal strip1 13 forming Archimedean spiral untwisting from discharge hole 8 in opposite direction relative to rotation of chamber 1.
EFFECT: increased productivity; facilitated procedure; improved quality of encapsulation of grain materials of different viscosity.
