FIELD: construction engineering; devices for preparation of concrete mixes. SUBSTANCE: proposed mixer has reservoir, drive mechanism, unloading unit and chassis. Reservoir is vertically oriented at height-to-diameter ratio ranging from 0.5:1 to 3:1; diameter of reservoir decreases downward from 0.4-0.6 of its initial magnitude beginning with 0.6 to 0.2 of height of reservoir to its bottom. Reservoir has cover made in form of semicircles secured on common axle for free motion through 180 deg. each. Reservoir is secured on horizontal axle located at level of 0.7 to 0.3 of its height for tilting by unloading unit to angle of inclination of 135 deg. in discharging the material. Horizontal axle of reservoir is mounted in vertical supports rigidly secured on platform performing circular oscillations from drive mechanism containing at least three vertical shafts with balancing weights and eccentrics whose eccentricity is equal to 0.05-0.3 of reservoir diameter. Chassis is provided with freely revolving cylinders with soft jackets. EFFECT: intensification of mixing process; enhanced homogenization of mix. 2 dwg
