FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed cone-type inertia crusher has housing, inner crushing member including shaft and cone, crushing chamber formed by crusher housing and crushing member arranged inside housing, spherical support of inner crushing member, unbalance weight mounted on shank of shaft of crushing member and unbalance weight drive. Spherical surface is made on shaft of crushing member on which cone of inner crushing member is mounted for displacement relative to spherical surface. Center of spherical surface is located on vertical axis of crushing member so that point of intersection of perpendicular dropped from center of spherical surface and generating line of crushing chamber of crusher housing is in zone of crushing chamber.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of crushing.
