FIELD: machine building; disintegrators and device for crushing.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in construction and mining and concentrating industries. Proposed crusher comprises housing 1, outer cone 2 with inner cone 3 inside placed on spherical support 4. On drive shaft 5 of inner cone 3 by means of sliding sleeve 12 eccentric weight 6 is mounted. Sliding sleeve 12 is connected with transmission disc coupling 13, which is connected with gear 20 and eccentric weight 11 installed on sliding sleeve 12 to form single movable dynamic unit. Inner cone 3 and spherical support 4 are made with shaped circular ledge. Sealing system includes at least one sealing element 21 shaped as circular closed cuff from elastic material and attachment system. Sealing element 21 is secured on one side on shaped circular ledge of inner cone 3, and on other side - on circular projection of spherical support 4.
EFFECT: crusher provides tight isolation of two media inside breaking unit case: area of oil mist and of ready product unload.
