FIELD: machine-tool industry; thermoplastic automatic machines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed hydraulic mechanism includes hydraulic drive with four differential hydraulic cylinders mounted on immovable mold-carrying plate. Two hydraulic cylinders are two-rod cylinders forming system of delivery of mobile molding plate. Molding plate withdrawal system is formed by two single-rod and two two-rod hydraulic cylinders having large total area of four pistons on side of rodless chambers.
EFFECT: simplified in maintenance and repair of half-molds.
