FIELD: chemical mechanical engineering' manufacture of glass-reinforced plastic pipes by method of continuous winding.

SUBSTANCE: proposed machine includes main drive mounted on bed frame and used for varying revolution within wide range, self-feed mandrel with template unit and reduction gear, at least one unit for delivery of binder fitter with binder proportioner, one layer of protective material and at least one unit for laying skew layer material, at least one polymerizing chamber, support for mandrel, cut-off and tilting units, end support and control system. Machine is additionally provided with binder supply unit with its polymerizing chamber, layer of tape reinforcing material and mechanism for laying cut raw material provided with binder supply unit. Tape sealing material laying unit is additionally mounted after reinforcing material layer and respective polymerizing chamber before final polymerization chambers.

EFFECT: improved quality of pipes; increased productivity of machine; extended functional capabilities.
