FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: machine contains self-feeding mandrel with sector planks, stacker of the longitudinal reinforcement with swivels, source of transverse reinforcement feeding, protecting tape stacker with drive, manufactured pipe movement gear with drive, support of the pipe leaving the mandrel, polymerising chambers installed along the mandrel axis. At that the self-feeding mandrel and stacker swivels of the longitudinal reinforcement have independent drives connected with control system. The machine is equipped with main drive of the mandrel shaft, ensuring base speed of the finished pipe exit, heater of the binding and transverse reinforcement, length sensors of individual sections of the manufactured pipe, and sensor of length monitoring of finished pipe section. At that the main drive of the mandrel shaft is made with possibility to ensure the base rotation speed of the mandrel determining the base speed of the finished pipe exit. The independent geared motors are installed as drives of the manufactured pipe movement gear and stacker of the longitudinal reinforcement. At that the polymerising chambers are in form of single unit installed at end of the mandrel before the finished pipe section exit from the mandrel.

EFFECT: reduction of specific amount of metal per items and item prices, as well as their quality improvement.
