FIELD: graphic arts industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for improving high-speed printing equipment, mainly, sheet-fed rotary offset automatic presses of three-cylinder sectional design. According to invention, proposed printing-pressure mechanism employs for its operation properties and principle of action of hydrostatic or hydrostatodynamic liquid-friction bearing in which bushing-journal 8 under oil friction conditions fixed of shaft 9 of offset cylinder "floats up" in bushing-shell 10 of bearing fixed in wall of printing section, thus bringing to minimum initial eccentricity between axes of bushing-journal and bushing-insert. Said displacement of shaft of offset cylinder is control action at engaging of printing pressure mechanism. Compression springs disengage printing-pressure mechanism when pressure in working chamber of liquid-friction beating is removed.
EFFECT: provision of quick action and reliability of automatic printing machine printing-pressure mechanism.
