SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new derivatives of pyrimidine of the formula (I):
and their pharmaceutically acceptable nontoxic salts that exhibit the excellent inhibitory activity as regards to acid pump and secretion of stomach acid. Derivatives of pyrimidine correspond to the formula (I) wherein R1 represents hydrogen atom, methyl or halogen atom, and R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 represent independently of one another hydrogen atom or halogen atom under condition that when all R3, R4, R5 and R represent hydrogen atom then R1 and R2 represent independently of one another halogen atom. The preferable compounds are compounds wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 represent independently fluorine or chlorine atom.
EFFECT: valuable medicinal properties of compounds.
