FIELD: mechanical engineering; turbines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of control of turbine engines, particularly, to design and checking of device providing stopping of turbine engine, such as emergency governor with switch. According to invention, in turbine engine emergency governor switch containing housing with covers, lever with valve, axle and spring union with seat, closing lever with spring and axle, control lever with axle and pushers, striker emergency governor, oil main line and electromagnetic valves installed in main line, piston is installed in housing with space in center which accommodates one end of control levers and with control spaces arranged at end faces of lever, connected by holes with space in center and coupled through electromagnetic valves with oil main line. Orifice plate is installed in line from oil main line to union with seat, and pressure sensor with output electric signal is arranged orifice plate and union with seat. Moreover, according to proposed method of serviceability check of emergency governor switch with pressure sensor installed on turbine engine furnished with standard module pneumatic instrumentation automatic control system including also emergency shutdown unit, by alternate delivery of lubricating oil of turbine engine by means of electromagnetic valves into control spaces of switch by command of said automatic control system, with turbine engine operating signal for emergency shutdown of engine from safety emergency governor switch pressure sensor is disconnected from turbine engine emergency shutdown unit after which by means of one of electromagnetic valves oil is fed into control space of switch to operate emergency governor and then by signal from emergency governor switch is recorded and then, by means of other electromagnetic valve, oil is fed into other control space to reset emergency governor switch and its reset is recorded by signal from emergency governor switch pressure sensor, after which signal from pressure sensor of emergency governor switch is again supplied to turbine engine emergency shutdown unit.
EFFECT: improved reliability of control system of turbine engine with emergency governor switch of striker type with checking its serviceability at signal for emergency shutdown in turbine engine emergency shutdown unit switched off.
