HYDRAULIC DRIVE WORKING LIQUID TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering; temperature control systems.

SUBSTANCE: proposed system contains hydraulic pump communicating through suction hydraulic line with heat exchanger. Heat exchanger is made in form of two spaces limited by cylindrical housing and two end face covers. Outer space communicates with cab cooling unit fan through pneumatic line, and coil passes through inner space. Coil is installed for connection to pressure hydraulic line of oil pump of engine lubricating system furnished with oil cooler. Inner space of heat exchanger is connected by pressure hydraulic line with hydraulic pump and by return hydraulic line directly with hydraulic tank. Moreover, hydraulic resistor is installed in pressure hydraulic line of hydraulic pump. Said hydraulic resistor controls operation of electromagnetic relays made in form of two electromagnetic coils installed on end faces of spool spring-loaded from sides and being simultaneously core of coils. With spool in neutral position, electromagnetic circuit is open and spool connects pressure hydraulic line of hydraulic pump with hydraulic system of working machine, pressure hydraulic line of oil pump with engine lubricating system and pressure pneumatic line of oil tank with engine lubricating system and pressure pneumatic line of cab cooling unit with cab, and at least in first extreme position it connects hydraulic pump with inner space of heat exchanger and hydraulic tank, engine lubricating system with heat exchanger coil, and pressure pneumatic line of cab cooling unit with cab, and in second extreme position it connects pressure hydraulic line of oil pump with engine lubricating system, pressure pneumatic line of cab cooling unit with outer space of heat exchanger and pressure hydraulic line of hydraulic pump with inner space of heat exchanger.

EFFECT: improved reliability of hydraulic drive in operation.
