FIELD: railway engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has a rope whose one end is rigidly secured inside the housing and the other free end is fixed inside the through passage in the housing with the use of two same spring-loaded rollers to form a loop. The rollers are mounted in two longitudinal grooves made in the housing inclined to each other and at equal angles to the longitudinal axis of the through passage. The grooves for the roller have stop face cylindrical sides facing the inlet opening in the housing and shifted with respect to each other at a distance equal to the pitch of the rope strand. One of the grooves is bent. The length of the bent part with the stop cylindrical side is corresponding to the roller diameter. The stop cylindrical sides of both of the grooves are projected in the through passage no less than by half of its diameter. The cross-piece is interposed between the stop cylindrical surfaces of the both grooves and above the through passage. The device additionally has two pushers made of cylindrical bodies provided with caps and mounted in the longitudinal grooves. The pusher engages the side of the roller with the face of the cap. When locked, it engages the side of the rope with the side of the cap. Above the dummy opening receiving the rope end, the housing is provided with the through opening. Both of the grooves for rollers are additionally in communication with the through passage of the housing from its outlet opening. The through passage in the housing has a spacer made of a porous water-proof material.
