SUBSTANCE: proposed air cooler is provided with axial-flow fan, snow removal unit located inside vortex heat exchanger; this unit has shaft, immovable screw with nut, key, bush and holder with cleaning plates secured on this bush. Immovable screw with nut mounted inside hollow shaft with longitudinal slot over entire length is connected by means of key with bush freely mounted on shaft; tear-shaped non-symmetric turbulators mounted on inner surface of heat exchanger tube have geometric parameters varying within H=1
