Abstract RU 2236740 C2

FIELD: electrical engineering; heavy-power electrical machines such as turbogenerators with forced vacuum impregnated winding insulation.

SUBSTANCE: electrical machine winding has magnetic core whose slots accommodate winding coils wound of ground insulation covered conductors with semiconductor wrapper and top cover overall. Novelty is that wrapper is made of material characterized in low coefficient of friction with core steel impenetrable to impregnating compound and in antiadhesive properties. Wrapper encloses winding coil face spaced apart from bore and its side faces. Top cover made of material penetrable for impregnating compound is disposed on coil face facing the bore so that its outer extreme edges enter inner ones of wrapper. Spacer made of semiconducting or insulating material is placed on top cover, its size in tangential direction being smaller than slot width. Coil is fixed in position within slot by means of wedge. Additional antiadhesive spacer is fitted between wedge and mentioned spacer. Coils are easy to extract from stator slots which improves their reparability.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability and service life, facilitated manufacture and reduced cost of machine; improved space for protective and separating layers.
