FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to groove insulation of stators of electrical machines. The U-shaped grooves are inserted into the grooves of the magnetic circuit. In this case, the walls of the U-shaped groove are located at a distance from the walls of the groove. In the space between the walls of the U-shaped groove and the walls of the magnetic circuit groove, a polymer coating is evenly distributed under pressure, which forms an insulating layer.
EFFECT: increases the filling factor of the groove by increasing the manufacturability of manufacturing groove insulation.
