FIELD: transport engineering; all-wheel-drive vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: proposed transfer case has housing 1, input shaft 4, non-equalizing cylindrical differential 2, shifter sleeve 14 with control mechanism 15 and drive shafts 5 and 6 of front and rear drive axles. Non-equalizing differential 2 has two central sun gears, carrier 3 with two pair planet pinions 10, 11 connected with input shaft. First plant pinion 10 has two gear rims. Larger rim 12 is in meshing with second plant pinion 11 and with right-hand sun gear 9, and smaller planet pinion 13 is in meshing with left-hand sun gear 7 installed on rear axle drive shaft 6. Middle sun gear 8 engages with second planet pinion 11 and installed, together with right hand sun gear 9, on rear axle drive shaft 6. Shifter sleeve 14 is made three-position, being installed coaxially with rear axle drive shaft 6. Sleeve control mechanism 15 is made in form of locking rod 17 with fork 18, end piece 19 and spring 20 in between.
EFFECT: simplified design, optimization of positions of power flow transmission.
