FIELD: mineral fertilizers.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing mineral fertilizers, to technology for preparing water-soluble complex fertilizers based on ammonium nitrate and can be used in manufactures producing ammonium nitrate. Ammonium nitrate-base complex fertilizers comprising potassium nitrate are N-K-Ca-containing ternary and completely water-soluble fertilizers that comprise 5-15% of calcium nitrate, sum of potassium and calcium nitrate don't exceed 30%, the mass ratio of ammonium, potassium and calcium nitrate = (70-90):(5-20):(5-15), respectively, and mass part of water-insoluble impurities doesn't exceed 0.01%. The mass ratio of nutrient elements and calcium as macroelement is regulated in the range N:K2O:Ca = (29-33):(2-7.5):(1-3.5), respectively. Ternary mixtures of ammonium, potassium and calcium nitrate with definite quantitative ratio of salts are granulated by prilling method and other known methods using equipment for manufacturing ammonium nitrate and fertilizers are conditioned by saturated amines-base addition that is applied on surface of granules. As parent components for addition of potassium and calcium nitrate to the composition of fertilizers method involves potassium carbonate and calcium nitrate solution purified from impurities preliminary. Invention provides preparing the completely water-soluble complex ternary N-K-Ca-containing fertilizer showing high agrochemical properties and reduced fire and explosion hazard.
