FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to agriculture. Fertilizer contains a mass fraction of phosphate rock, additionally contains a mass fraction of ammonium nitrate, a mass fraction of potassium magnesium, a mass fraction of potassium humate. All components are taken at a certain ratio. Method of producing fertilizer consists of mixing and grinding the components with the subsequent production of fertilizer due to granulation, and after mixing and grinding the components, 100 % phosphate rock, 10 % ammonium nitrate, 100 % powdered potassium humate, 100 % potassium magnesium, they are fed into the mixer-granulator with simultaneous feeding heated to 40–50 °C 20 % solution of ammonium nitrate in the amount of 90 %, the obtained moistened grit from the mixer-granulator is fed to a pan-type granulator for consolidation and obtaining oval-shaped granules, the formed granules are fed to the drum dryer for drying to a residual moisture content of 1...1.5 %.
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to create a comprehensive, universally balanced NPK fertilizer with humates for spring application for sandy soils and chlorophobic crops with magnesium in order to restore soil fertility and increase crop yields.
