SUBSTANCE: invention is focused on polymer materials with particular electric properties and provides conducting thermoplastic containing polyamineimine binder supplemented by conducting filler: non-stoichiometric titanium carbonitride TiCxNy with x+y ≤ 1.0. Material may further contain variable target additives.
EFFECT: increased conductivity and expanded application area.
