FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy, aluminium-based alloy for production of shape casts.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of shape casts from Al-Si-Cu-Mg alloy used as the main parts of fuel system control device in aerotechnics, and automobile industry. Disclosed alloy and product contain (mass.%): silicium 5.0-10.0; copper 2.5-5.0; magnesium 0.3-0.7; titanium 0/05-0/4; zirconium 0.01-0.3; antimony 0.2-0.4; scandium 0.05-0.6; neodymium 0.1-0.3; calcium 0.3-2.0; and balance: aluminum. Alloy and product exhibit increased castability and decreased brittleness and linear shrinkage.
EFFECT: aluminium-based alloy and products with improved casting properties.
