FIELD: oil and gas extractive industry.
SUBSTANCE: device has concentrically placed columns perforated at all length, operation and raising pipes and dispersants. Raising pipes column is made telescopic. It has upper, middle and lower lifting pipes. Lower lifting pipe is inserted into middle, middle is inserted into upper lifting pipe for 1-2 meters. In upper portion of upper lifting pipe a bypass sleeve is placed, by means of which device is rigidly fixed to tubing column. Inside lifting pipes column an inner pipe is placed projecting beyond foot of lower lifting pipe. In lower portions of bypass sleeve, upper and middle lifting pipes, separating elements are present for isolating productive seams from each other. Lower lifting pipe ends with dispersant placed on its foot. Total area of perforation apertures of middle and lower lifting pipes equals total area of perforation apertures of operation column. Abode perforation apertures of upper and middle lifting pipes localizers are placed.
