DEVICE FOR SUSPENSION OF STEEL AND POLYMER PIPE AND METHOD OF ITS USE Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC E21B33/04 E21B43/12

Abstract RU 2558354 C1

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for suspension of pipes at the wellhead. The device for suspension of steel and polymeric pipe consists of the housing and the cover with the common central channel connected among themselves through the metal gasket by means of stud bolts. The end face gap between the housing and the cover is interconnected with environment by means of check valves. In the housing, perpendicular to its longitudinal axis, at least, two fasteners implemented in the form of rods, are installed with a possibility of axial rotation around the longitudinal axis and with a possibility of radial movement in the housing. One end of clamps is made profiled and interacts by its surface with companion sections on the end element of the steel and polymeric pipe. Another end of the fastener is made profiled for the tool for fastener rotation around its axis. The central channel is made profiled for installation, holding and sealing of the end of the steel and polymeric pipe simultaneously in the housing and the cover. On external end face surfaces of the cover and the housing the companion sections for connection with companion sections of components of the production X-tree are made.

EFFECT: improvement of mass and dimensional characteristics of the suspension device, simplification of layout of bottomhole dewatering, increase of overall performance of a well.
