FIELD: medicine, pediatrics.
SUBSTANCE: in the third trimester of gestation one should detect the level of antibodies to thyreoglobulin and circulating immune complexes in serum of maternal venous blood and at the content of the 1st parameter being above 300 MU/ml and the 2nd parameter being above 4% one should predict thyroid gyrofunction at early neonatal period. The method enables to predict transient neonatal hypothyroidism in children at antenatal stage.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
