FIELD: medicine, experimental hematology.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with modeling hemolytic anemia due to simultaneous intraperitoneal injection of exogenous factor for laboratory animals. One should introduce high-molecular polyethylenoxide at 3-6·106 molecular weight at the dosages of 0.6-1.5 mg/kg. The method enables to model hemolytic anemia due to applying high-molecular polyethylenoxide (HMPEO).

EFFECT: higher efficiency of modeling.
