SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with restoring female fertility in case of endometriosis. The method includes prescription of dufastone since the 15^th till the 25^th d of menstrual cycle, and since the 5^th d of menstrual cycle one should prescribe intramuscular injection of reaferon by the following scheme: at the 5^th, 6^th, 8^th, 10^th, 12^th, 14^th d of menstrual cycle per 1000000 U, moreover, therapy course lasts for 3-6 mo. The method enables to increase efficiency of therapy due to prescribing reaferon at days of increased sensitivity of target organ's receptors, shorten course of hormonal preparations intake.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
