INFLATABLE MOTOR BOAT (VERSIONS) Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: shipbuilding; designing inflatable motor boats of large capacity.

SUBSTANCE: proposed inflatable motor boat has non-closed contour of sides of A-shaped form in plan, transom, elastic bottom connected to sides in their lower portion, detachable flooring mounted above it and two keel parallel inflatable balloons located on each side from CL between elastic bottom and detachable rigid flooring. Center portion of elastic bottom is raised to level of upper generatrices of keel inflatable balloons over entire length in CL and is secured to each part of detachable flooring forming single longitudinal keel passage at A-shaped form of cross section. Motor boat may be provided with additional keel balloon mounted in motor boat CL between flooring and bottom, thus forming two longitudinal keel passages at A-shaped form of cross section. Two additional keel balloons may be mounted between flooring and bottom, thus forming three longitudinal keel passages at A-shaped form of cross section. One additional central inflatable balloon may be mounted in motor boat CL; its diameter is equal to diameter of side balloons.

EFFECT: quick deploying of motor boat to working position; improved hydrodynamic properties of motor boat.
