FIELD: shipbuilding; inflatable motor boats of large capacity.
SUBSTANCE: proposed inflatable motor boat has non-closed contour of A-shaped sides in plan, transom and elastic inflatable bottom connected to lower part of sides. Bottom consists of upper and lower parts interconnected over perimeter. Keel-shaped form of bottom is created by shaping bulkheads located inside bottom. Wing-shaped bulkheads are secured to inner surfaces of lower and upper parts of bottom on both sides from axis of symmetry in CL and are interconnected over fin of free edge over entire length. Lower part of bottom has additional layer made from elastic material; transom is mounted abaft on inflatable bottom. According to second version, lower part of elastic bottom has W-shaped cross section. Shaping bulkheads are so arranged that their central part passes through axis of symmetry of lower and upper parts of bottom; number of shaping bulkheads is similar on either side from axis of symmetry. According to third version, lower part of bottom has W-shaped cross section forming two longitudinal keel passages. Number of shaping bulkheads is similar on either side from axis of symmetry.
EFFECT: improved hydrodynamic characteristics; enhanced reliability; increased cargo capacity; reduced mass of boat.
