FIELD: road building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of making cement and concrete coatings whose strength depends on quality compacting and finishing of concrete mix preliminarily laid on road base. Proposed device has vibroplate whose bottom is provided with uniformly spaced cavities and motor-vibrators, length of vibroplate being less than width of treated road lane. Vibroplate is suspended from frame being made of two horizontal extensible sections. This provides reciprocation and transverse motion in width of base machine.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of compacting owing to lightened design of vibroplate and possibility of smoothing out just laid concrete mix.
