FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to maintenance of automobile roads. A unit for levelling and repair of hard road pavements and aerodrome runways includes a vibration plate from plate steel, which acts a role of a frame, on which all structural components are fixed. The vibration plate is provided with wheels with a possibility of their being folded and has a bunker with an outlet branch pipe and a nozzle for supply of hot exhaust gases, which is installed on it by means of supports, for the purpose of its being heated from an exhaust pipe of an engine, with that, the device includes a column made of a thick-wall pipe, which is rigidly fixed on the vibration plate and inside which a cylinder is arranged, which is connected to it in a hinged manner with its lower part, and with a stock to a movable pipe, in the upper part of which an arrangement is made for a under-reduction plate with a reduction gear brought into action with a hydraulic motor, with that, inside the bunker there installed is a pipe with cut-out feed openings, which is connected to the under-reduction plate, for passage of an asphalt-concrete mixture from the bunker, which passes through the opening in the lower part of the bunker and the vibration plate, inside which an arrangement is made for a suspension screw auger having a possibility of being lifted or lowered with a hydraulic cylinder and provided in its lower part with a drill, the diameter of which is equal to outer diameter of the pipe, into which the screw auger is inserted, which has a possibility of drilling a borehole in a hard road pavement, thus rotating it in one direction, and pressing asphalt concrete through the borehole under the road pavement, thus rotating it in another direction.
