FIELD: method and press tool for assembly of shaped charge.

SUBSTANCE: shaped charge 9 is manufactured, facing 8 is installed, shaped charge 9 is joined to body 7 and facing 8 in a press tool at a transfer of the molding force to punch 2, whose value is selected proceeding from the condition of provision of the required density of shaped charge 9, body 7 is rigidly fixed in die 1, the molding force is transferred to mould plate 3,4,5, which is displaced towards the motion of punch 2. Operations for manufacture of shaped charge 9, installation of facing 8 and joining of shaped charge 9 to body 7 may be performed simultaneously. The press tool for assembly of the shaped charge includes die 1, mould plate 3,4,5 and punch 2, installed between them is the unit for transfer of the molding force to mould plate 6, which is made composite, one of the parts 4 is fixed, the other two are movable. One of the movable parts - 3 is positioned opposite the unit for transfer of the molding force to mould plate 6, the other one-5 is positioned opposite punch 2. For transfer of the molding force from punch 2 to the movable parts of mould plate 3,5 bulges are made in the movable parts entering the grooves made on fixed part 4.

EFFECT: enhanced quality of manufacture of the shaped charge.
