FIELD: defense equipment, guided missiles and rockets.
SUBSTANCE: the air-dynamic unit of the control actuator of a guided missile has control surfaces and actuators with an electromagnetic valve-type pneumatic distributor including an electromagnet with a spring-loaded armature used simultaneously as a valve, the armature is of a variable thickness determined from relation hi=Smin/πdi, where di,hi- the diameter of the i-th cross-section of the armature perpendicular to its axis, and the armature thickness to the plane of the given section; Smin - the area of the minimum cross-section of the electromagnet magnetic core in the circuit of the main magnetic flux produced by the control winding of the electromagnet.
EFFECT: enhanced traction force and speed of response of the valve-type electromagnetic transducer for the pneumatic drives at reduction of consumer electric power in the conditions of reduced mass and overall dimensions of small-sized guided missiles and rockets, enhanced speed of response and accuracy of actuator operation.
