SUBSTANCE: proposed device made in form of body of revolution has cylindrical part. Central pitot opening is located on end face of cylindrical part. Peripheral pitot openings are located over line of engagement of end face with cylindrical part.
EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity to angles of washdown and to velocity of flow; enhanced accuracy of measurements, especially at low speeds.
