FIELD: alarm and signaling systems engineering.

SUBSTANCE: system uses global positioning system GPS and mobile communications system GSM. System includes centers for monitoring and control, one of which is complex, autonomous localizers mounted on mobile objects, and programming means for localizers. Each localizer consists of GPS antenna, GSM antenna, GPS receiver and coordinates sensor, GSM transceiver, control and memory block, SIM-cards reader, programming port and ports for recharge and power battery. Programming means for localizers consists of display, keyboard, block for control and memory, ports for connecting localizers and power block. Complex and the rest of centers for monitoring consist of communication modules and respectively computerized operators posts and post for law-enforcement organization. Communication modules consist of computer blocks for communication and GSM communication servers. In each localizer additionally installed are two-directional signals commutator and set of two or more SIM-cards of different mobile operators.

EFFECT: higher possibility for delivering coordinates of mobile objects while minimizing costs of system operation.
