SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for transmitting alarm messages over radio air with the help of radio devices. Such result is achieved due to the fact that in emergency communication method during road accidents, which includes automatic detection of emergency events, formation of a data packet and further transmission thereof over wireless networks of the GSM/UMTS standard to the dispatching service, in case of impossibility to send a message over a GSM/UMTS network, sending an emergency message on a near radio network using on-board automotive devices by realizing multi-way message routing based on the relative position and direction of movement of transit network nodes, transmitting messages to vehicles closer to the boundary of coverage area of near radio communication of vehicles and moving in the direction of removal from the source by relaying to reach the coverage area of the GSM/UMTS network or directed transmission to vehicles, which are in the coverage area, or on vehicles closest to the GSM/UMTS standard coverage area, by constructing the coverage map based on the GSM/UMTS location points vehicle fixation.

EFFECT: technical result is to provide rapid communication in places located outside the coverage area of basic stations of conventional cellular networks.
