SUBSTANCE: device has two clock double-stable D-triggers 1 and 2, two commutators 3 and 4, four resistors 5-8, two capacitors 9 and 10, two XOR elements 11 and 12, two inverters 13 and 14, two elements AND-NO 15 and 16, counting signals bus 17, two output buses 18 and 19, control bus 20. Device operates in adder mode or subtraction mode dependent on signal on control bus 20, represents one digit of counter in one-variable ternary code.
EFFECT: higher interference resistance and reliable operation in one-variable ternary code.
