FIELD: lighter-than-air flying vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: proposed system is made in form of wing creating the lifting force; it is suspended from aerostat by long cable in vertical position using varying force of wind at different altitudes. Wing may create horizontal lifting force whose action may change as required within wide range of angles. This force is transmitted to aerostat through said cable. Availability of this force makes it possible to change aerostat trajectory depending on ratio of sizes of aerostat and wing. For actuating the system, minor power is required which may be created by rudder. Since control force is mainly created by wind energy, it performs considerable scope of work.

EFFECT: possibility of performing flight within wide range of weather conditions.
