FIELD: biological purification of industrial and domestic sewage water from wide range of solved and suspended organic compounds.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has heating system, settling section divided by partition into primary settling chamber and first thin-layer settling chamber, anaerobic treatment section, water aerobic treatment section with aeration system, and additional water treatment section including second thin-layer settling section. All parts mentioned are successively arranged in the course of flow of sewage water. Anaerobic and aerobic water treatment sections are equipped with microorganism immobilizing carriers. All sections are made as number of hydraulically communicated adjacent chambers separated by vertical partitions. Heating system is positioned in primary settling chamber. Thin-layer settling chambers are equipped with head including row of parallel inclined polymer plates having sliding upper surface and rigidity ribs on lower surface. Parallel inclined plates of head are arranged at an angle of about 90 deg relative to plates of other row. Rigidity ribs on lower surface of plates are spaced from one another by distance of 100-150 mm. Bottoms of settling and additional cleaning sections are provided with conical depressions. Aeration system of aerobic water treatment section is made in the form of disk aerators mounted on air ducts connected with pressurized air source.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in purifying of sewage water, reduced dimensions and mobile construction of apparatus, and wider range of employment.
