FIELD: manufacture of building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for preparing cast mixes for manufacturing finishing slabs and panels, under-window plates, scale footsteps and for creating cast-in place structures and floors as well as in manufacture of dry mixes designed for performing in-door and out-door finishing of buildings and construction objects. Composition contains, wt %: magnesium oxide 15-30, active mineral additive (ground granulated basic blast-furnace slag) 1.0-3.5, magnesium chloride solution with density 1.18-1.26 g/cm3 - 10-25, and modifying magnesium hydrosilicate additive 1.3-3.5, aggregate - the balance.
EFFECT: increased water and frost resistance of materials based on magnesia cement and ensured required strength by directional formation of structure provided by complex modifying additive.
