FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: mixing of the binder powder in the form of Portland cement or caustic magnesite with a surfactant additive based on polyethylene glycol, followed by ultra-fine grinding of the mixture in an electromagnetic apparatus to a particle size of 60-100 nm by introducing into the mixture a polydisperse fine-grained silica of 50-100 microns in the binder: SiO2=1:2 and mixing the produced mixture with water using Portland cement or an aqueous solution of magnesium chloride using caustic magnesite.
EFFECT: increasing the speed of hardening the hardened material at an early stage, increasing the normalized strength while simultaneous increasing the wear resistance, water and frost resistance of the material.
