FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: device has concentrically placed sections of outer and inner pipes with connection assemblies, each of which consists of sleeve, compactor, and end diaphragm, in ring space between sections of inner and outer pipes a thermo-isolating material is placed. Each connection assembly additionally has connection ring, outer stepped control ting and buffer ring. End diaphragm is made in form of two adjacent quarter-torus upper and lower portions connected to each other, which are rotated relatively to each other for 180°. From one end outer and inner pipe sections are connected by outer stepped control ring, inner control ring and end diaphragm. Portion of end diaphragm forming cylindrical course, having lesser diameter, is connected to head of inner pipe, and portion of end diaphragm, having greater diameter - to head of outer stepped control ring on the side of its profiled end. Inner control ring and outer stepped control ring are rigidly fixed on one side to side surface of outer pipe, and outer stepped control ring on other side is mounted with possible sliding along inner pipe. On other side inner and outer pipe sections, in each assembly of connection, are rigidly interconnected by connecting ring, and in each connection assembly, a compactor is placed between connecting and outer stepped control ring.
