FIELD: oil extractive industry.
SUBSTANCE: device has inner pipe on which multi-layer screen isolation is placed which has glass net and foil, as well as gas-absorber is laid, rigidly connected to inner pipe by watertight welds outer pipe with sleeve and compacting bushing, with watertight assembly for vacuum treatment of inter-pipe space in which localizers are placed and vacuum is formed. Inner pipe is made combined, to cylindrical portion of which end bushings are welded with outer clamps. Watertight welds connecting it to outer pipe are placed on inner surface of outer pipe. Inner pipe is brought in tensioned state by means of thermal lengthening along its axis before water-tightening of inter-pipe space, localizers are rigidly fixed on inner pipe. Between localizers and inner pipe heat-insulating material is placed, gas-absorber is laid on outer surface of inner pipe and fixed by glass net by which concurrently localizers are covered. Onto net a layer of perforated foil with reflecting surface and placed with reflecting surface facing inner pipe. Between localizers onto central portion of inner pipe heat insulating mat is additionally placed, outer surface of end bushings is covered by heat insulating material with capability for forming solid heat insulating layer along whole outer surface of inner pipe, assembly for vacuum treatment in outer pipe is made in form of conical pipe placed on cylindrical bushing, for example, made of steel, and mounted between ends of inner pipes of connected sections of heat-insulated column.
EFFECT: higher reliability of heat-insulated column.
